Teddy Noel-Hill is Project Manager and head of the Community Stabilization Unit with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Tajikistan. As a transition and recovery professional, he focuses on human mobility issues before, during, and after crises. Teddy has extensive experience in stabilization, resilience, and peacebuilding work. Specifically, this has included overseeing programming related to livelihoods, community reconstruction and rehabilitation, social cohesion, and preventing violent extremism. Over recent years Teddy has had widespread engagement with reintegration issues in Tajikistan and in Afghanistan, where he supported IOM’s response to the large-scale return of Afghans from Pakistan and Iran. Aside from recovery and development initiatives, Teddy has also experience in emergency response, most recently in Ethiopia for the South Sudanese refugee crisis.
