Ekaterina Yakubovich graduated cum laude from the economics department of Bryansk State Agricultural Academy with a specialization in organizational management. In 2011 – 2014 she studied in the PhD program at All-Russia Institute of Agrarian Problems and Informatics named after А.А. Nikonov. In 2015 Ms. Yakubovich graduated with a PhD in economics with a specialization in Economics and management of the national economy (Economics, organization and management of enterprises, industries, complexes – agroindustry and agriculture). The topic of her PhD thesis was “Increasing the competitiveness of the potato production industry (using the example of the Central Federal District)”. Her work experience includes: 2011 – 2016 – Research fellow at the Agrarian markets’ regulation Department and Head of PhD programs Department; 2015 – present – Instructor of courses on finance and credit. Ms. Yakubovich is interested in the following research areas: agrarian markets, food security, international economic integration. She is the author of 23 scientific publications, including four articles in publications recommended by the State Commission on Academic Degrees and Titles of the Russian Federation, five monographs (with co-authors), one Instruction manual.
